Vizio xvt3d474sv anyone?

Hi all Dan here in sunny myrtle beach.
I myself don't do plasma to much..But it's for a friend.
Came to me with vizio light flashing for like 30 seconds then stays illuminated.
Will not power up.
Heard some issues with pwr supply and t-con.Thanks for any info.

xvt3d474sv is a LED-LCD TV not plasma. the 30 sec flashing normal. open up the unit and post pictures
