Can you pleas give us the list of the Voltage reading of the connectors CN2, CN3.
Please make sure to list each pin names, pin number, follow by the Voltage readings when TV is OFF and when TV power switch is activated.
For example of what kind of format we are looking for:
    CN2:
PIN 14:12.0VDC TV OFF = XX Vdc, TV ON = XXXVdc.

i began to write all the votages and i found most of this going up and down that is why i didnt finish it,, something is shorting the circuit it may be the 2 main transistors or the transformer,,, tv wont turn on therefore i cannot read voltages on and off

The reason I asked the Voltage readings is to find out at least if the STBY power supply is steady or not, if it is not, it will cause other the Voltages to go up and down as well.
So is the STBY power supply steady?
