i have exactly the same problem,, i connected jumper and test mode on tv works fine,,, means tv is ok ,, the problem is the logic board or motherboard,,, ive been looking where can i get it,, and nobody has one,, checked on ebay, amazon shopjimmy,,, no one has one,,, if you have one and/or know where can i get it please let me know,,,

man i got exactly the same problem after i replaced the two caps,, i pulled without notice connector cn8006 and guess what,,, 4 lights blinking i read your post and yes the other side of the connector it was loose,, put it back and works !!!!!Leave a comment:

i was able to test L bank,, using 12v external power supply,,i found 2 dead leds on 2 different strips,, however i cannot test the same way R bank,,, any ideas
if you see the X means dead led,,, some of the pics shows either dust or overheat...Leave a comment:

i opened the panel and yes l1 and r1 strips are kind of dusty and looks like overheated ,, but how do i test them,, if are only diodes (leds) i shouldnt have any problem test them but if i use ohms or diode any strip i test looks like open circuitLeave a comment:

i will open the panel....... ADVICE !!,, testing component by components one by one i found D251 draw on the board upside down, ( on the board draw says pins 1 and 3 are cathode and pin 2 anode,,but pins 1 and 3 are anodes and pin 2 is the cathode)...Leave a comment:

i just successfully finished to repair this tv ln32a450c1d at the beginning i though it was only capacitors,, well i replaced all of them including the big square one and still nothing only red light and wont power on ,, but thanks God and your posts i found weird values when i test transistors, so i decide to replace the two fqpf5n50c,, took me a while to repair it but i got it done !!!Leave a comment:

i began to write all the votages and i found most of this going up and down that is why i didnt finish it,, something is shorting the circuit it may be the 2 main transistors or the transformer,,, tv wont turn on therefore i cannot read voltages on and off...Leave a comment:

OK i have this tv, wont power voltages in conectors cn2 and cn3 psu are ok, i already replace the output caps just in case,,, what i found kind of weird is voltages on big fat transistors in logic board go up and down every 2 seconds,,0.7v->3.7v U3 and 0.7->1.2v UD1,,,, any ideas,,anyone have the diagram ??... -

I HAVE THE SAME TV SAME PROBLEM,,, dound a few caps blown,, replaced all of them no change,, replaced square cap also , no luck voltages on connector cm802 pin 25 5.3 v pin 28 5.3v pin1 5.3 so instead of 12v and 12.8 i have only 5.3v,,, also for some reason i keep blowing cm852 i have to replace it for third time,, any ideas it may be dm860 in short,,
