Tv has been sitting on bench for weeks stuck on LG boot up screen
today tryed it and it works but if turn off after its warm it will be stuck on boot up screen
I took main board out and stuck in in the freezer for 5 min. and then
it works fine again i do not have the proper equipment so
should i try baking the main board in my regular house oven

Tom, try to put a fan and direct air flow to the MAIN board and see if this helps.
Blow where the heatsink is.

Fan does not help only if i put main board in freezer for even 2 min does it work perfectly for hours on end until i turn it off tom 66 any advice
i think maybe crack in board or bad solder

update I figured the main board was bad and so after several tries I give up
besides putting main board in freezer I can sometimes just use an ice pack in the area of the heat-sink and the tv will work forever unless you turn it off since i live in a cold winter area the tv would still be good to use in a cold garage watching football and drinking.. Tried adding extra heat-sink and fan and that will not help. oh well. But what I saw online this model was sold at walmart so even though it is an LG it is still a cheap model
