I have a Panasonic TC-P50C1 only shows top 4-5'' of picture. all voltages are in spec's

Be looking at the top buffer-board....
The signal is chained from one buffer-chip to the next, guessing there's one on the top where the signal is stopping.....
You could try the service-menu and the test-patterns.....
