    Schematic??

    Dear members.

    I have a VEBA TFT color monitor with S/N RTD7 105748-p

The device doesn't power on. Any schematic out there or advice. The first circuitry marked as LAV-561301 with bigger sized figure, beneath stand
023A004 with a bit smaller sized figure.

Mhh... with that info I can't do much at all. Maybe upload some hi res pics and you may get better response from others. Also just saying "it doesn't power on" is very vague. Gotta be more specific than that. You got STBY voltage? LED on or what's happening there... Did you check fuses, diodes and Mosfets already?

        Re: Schematic??

Check to see if the power supply is getting any signal to turn ON. If it is, check to see if it is outputting any voltage. Another possible issue could be the backlights aren't working, which could possibly make it seem like it won't power on.

Also, have you checked the capacitors?

        P.S. pictures can help!

          Re: Schematic??

          Hello,
Sorry for not uploading pic before, I got a problem with my phone. Here are pics showing the device. At the mainboard pic I added some measurements. As for the Q11 its marked BC RB, I tried searching coding but didn't get anywhere.

The voltage at both Vin for the sharp IC are 0.3-1.5, the 0.3 at standby and 1.5 if I push the PAL/NTS button.

At CN3 I'm getting 11.95 v at standby. as for the switch board there is 5 v at the on/off button at the leg according to pic. Trying to turn on device nothing happens and the LED stays off. The only change I get is at U91 where the 5 v reaches but nothing else happens, the 5 v disappears from that pin U91 as I release the on/off button.

As for CN4 which leads to the inverter board beneath I only get voltages from 0.2- (2v with PAL/NTS trick).

Checked all the smd caps on mainboard, non is shortened to GND. Diodes were ok too.

            Re: Schematic??

sounds like without a schematic we are screwed. Half of the chips I can't read anything off it. Did you try to unhook the inverter board? Maybe it drags something down?

I thought that too. If it helps I'll try to take some other photos with a better focus!!

-The Q11 that is marked BC RB, any idea what it is?
-Same reading as the inverter cable detached.

Schematic vs. Reality: Where Are the Resistors on My Sharp Clock Radio? Model FY-70CH
                by TinkerTron
                Hey everyone,

I'm currently working on a mid-70s Sharp Electronic Digital Clock Radio, Model FY-70CH. I found the service manual online, printed it out, and have been studying it for a while. My main reasons for tackling this are: (1) I want to learn electronics and figured I'd start with something I had on hand, and (2) I want to fix its issues. Right now, the radio sounds awful, has about 5V DC at the speaker terminals, and the alarm time setting doesn't work. But I'm not asking how to fix these problems.

Instead, here's what's been bugging me so far:
                The schematic...

                Acer x163w Monitor PSU schematic
                by atunguyd
Ii wonder if anyone can help me. I have a Acer x163w monitor which is not powering up. The PSU main capacitor's one leg had completly come off - I replaced it but the PSU is still not outputting DC. I found the monitor in questions service manual here on manuals lib but the schematic in there is a completely different - the schematic shows no mosfet to drive the transformer while the one I have does use a mosfet - also the schematic shows only one optocoupler but mine has two.
The PSU board is labelled FM-20A02-AAA made by APD as per the image below. I am trying to find a schematic for this...

Help Needed: Reverse Polarity Issue on HP EliteBook 840 G4 – Where Do I Begin?
                by Dev Goose
Hi everyone, I recently acquired an HP EliteBook 840 G4 (6050A2854301-MB-A01) that I'm hoping to bring back to life. I'm fairly new to laptop repairs but eager to learn and willing to put in the effort to understand and fix this. Any advice or guidance would mean a lot!

                What Happened
The issue started when the laptop was accidentally plugged in with reverse polarity. Before this incident, the laptop would show a power/charging light whenever it was plugged in. However, now it's completely unresponsive—no lights, no power, nothing. I've been doing some research and understand

Need help please! schematic for LA-9982P rev 3.0 (A02)
                by Adv10119
Please help, i need schematic diagram for Dell inspiron 3537 board LA-9982P rev 3.0 (A02). Specific for A02.

I have a one beep with no display problem. Did reprogrammed the bios but no luck. i tried to troubleshoot using rev 3.0 (A08) version schematic and boardview but there's components/rails in the schematic that is none in my actual board, this is why I'm having problem checking every power rail needed if ok. attached is the photo of my actual board.

I'm not sure if A02 and A08 is really different schematic version from each other, but I have to try....
