LE32C450E1W Slight lines and white image

hi guys

got this tv today the picture starts fine then a few minutes later it develops slight lines on the screen then after 5 minutes the picture goes to a slight white pictures and stays like this,voltages seem fine im thinking another panel failure but would there be a slight chance of tcon ? but how could i test this im thinking its built into the panel ?

i have uploaded a picture but it does not really show much unless you look to the top right with slight lines

It looks like a panel fault. Perhaps try applying pressure to tab bond drivers.

yeah tried that still the same tom oh well another one to strip

Before stripping it maybe worth getting a can of freeze spray and cooling various parts on the bonded T-con board. Maybe something leaky/easy to find. No guarantees... but worth a shot.
