    Newbie Magnavox

Hello my name is Joe and I am working on a Magnavox 50MF231D/37 that I got for Free! it had bad power supply because it smoked two capacitors 35V 470uF 105C replaced. I got power to all boards and adjusted all voltage to right settings + or - 2v. I do not have video or sound but the normal boards light up but the asic main logic board has one led power side light on and on start up one lower light has two leds one lights and goes out and the other starts flashing. Is the main logic board fried?
I know that there is suppose to be power protection mode but that usually shut down the start up mode and turns on the red blinking front led light but mine does not start. Green light is on, front led on but it will power itself off after sitting for about an hour. press power on and does same thing again. there is one power level that came up short and it was on Vsc h and Vest at -17.6 and +17.6 (18 -+ volt normal) but on upper power limits both right on. I have Picture of led on asic main logic board would that cause the screen not to power on without error code. When I unplug something like power, I get red led to flash a code. Am I heading in the right direction replacing the Acis main logic Board?
I do not know what to test next?
I am lost in a sea of hope, but armed with many others seeking the quest for knowledge? Thanks for reading and best of luck to you.
