Re: can I test a main board out of a TV?
I have done this before with a board. It used 5V and 12V, but the CPU would work fine if only 5V was present. Using my scope I could see the "NO SIGNAL" data on the LVDS outputs which would change when I pressed buttons on the remote (the pattern of bits would change indicating a different image was being displayed.)Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. Post on the forums instead!
For service manual, schematic, boardview (board view), datasheet, cad - use our search.
