    Ok, i finally got the proper desoldering tools and the IPM Is bad, which one should i replace it with? Same model?

            Hi all!

            I'm trying to troubleshoot a Microsoft Surface Pro (5th gen) model 1796 that won't power on. Motherboard model is M1007506-015. My priority is retrieving data, but the SSD is integrated so it looks like if I can't repair it it'll need to go to a data recovery company. I've done a little basic board repair before, but nothing this advanced until now. So please forgive my ignorance in advance. 😅

            I found the boardview for this laptop in the forums here, and am able to open it on my PC with FlexBV.

            I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

            Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

            I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

            The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

            With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

            Hi ! to all fellows out there!

            I have an LG 55inch 55RG910V-ZB Curved TV. With the following problem: When I turn it ON with Remote I get a Green noise Screen (attached foto).
            I have tried reseating all ribons, Checked PSU 24V,12V,3v ,etc voltages.

            The TV opens on the first Green noise screen and it freezes there -no respone of menu keys ,etc -only on/off via Remote. (I also noticed carefully that except from green noise screen there is a ghost image at bottom and left vertical side)

            Hello,

            I have an HP 15-eh1070wm laptop that came to me for the same reasons I am starting this thread. The charging LED appears when the laptop power adapter is connected and the power LED appears when pressing the power button, but nothing appears on screen.

            First thing I did was take off the bottom panel and remove the battery and then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds and then reinstall the battery and power on.             Hello, I have a Canon TS8350 printer. The problem is that when I turn it on, "CANON" appears on the screen, but it never goes away. You can leave it on for a whole day, and it doesn't go away. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've tried unplugging it, but nothing. I've also tried holding down POWER, but nothing.
