    50pg3000 no va or vs

    Hi

My mates tv a 50pg3000 has the following psu eax38865401/7.

When switched on it gos red to green (standby light) nothing on the the screen not even a flash. about three seconds later goes back to red.

Ive changed the fuse including f801, q801 q802, ic801, diodes and resistors read fine, but I am still getting no va or vs.

I get the 5v. and I get strangely on the va about 1.8v but nothing on vs. (Va 195v vs 65v)

Can someone please advise me what to do.

    thanks in advance

LG 42PJ350 Clicking PSU (TL;DR inside)
    by stormy90
    Hello!

TL;DR: Replaced blown Q801, Q802 and fuse, but it didn't fix the problem.

I'm trying to repair this TV, since it developed clicking symptom. I disconnected Y-SUS and Z-SUS boards, but PSU was still clicking, so then I was sure problem lies in PSU. When you plug it in, you can hear 2 clicks from relay and then one click when it shuts down. I found two shorted mosfets Q801, Q802 and blown fuse F801. I replaced those elements, but it's still doing the same.

After some research, I found out resistors R108-113 need to be checked and sure one was showing...

    Ricoh SP 150w PSU repair
    by herved
    Hello everyone,

I'm trying to repair a 24V PSU from a Ricoh SP 150w printer.
So far I found and replaced:
    - a burnt 33Ohms 1W resistor (R820 - top side next to main cap)
    - a shorted mosfet (Q801 - top side on heatsink)
    - 2 shorted optocouplers (U801, U201 - top side)
    - a burnt/chipped? (didn't read any resistance) SMD resistor (R828 - back side next to the PWM IC)
    - the PWM controller (IC801 - back side)

There is no output voltage at all.
I do get a stable voltage at the main capacitor (320V) but I think the PFC is...

    Samsung UN65HU7250 Power Supply Repair
    by mmartell
    The supply is a BN44-00782A.

Was told there was a "popping noise" and the set went dead. Upon inspection there was a split ceramic cap C814, a failed mosfet, either Q801 or Q802 I pulled and am replacing as a pair and of course the main fuse.

I replaced the cap marked 221 1kv with a 221 2kv (which I think will be fine?) and will be getting the other parts today. The switching diodes at D801 and D802 look and test good but the ferrite beads at BB801 and BB802 appear to have taken much current and are discoloured though still test as a short.

    Do the...

LG 50PG3000 Plasma - No Display
    by greglogan
    Hi guys

I'm having issues once more. This time with the set mentioned above. There is no display at all but I do have audio.

All fuses have been checked and are showing continuity as good
All Va and Vs voltages have been checked.
I replaced a couple of very unhappy caps on the PS board and the main Y board.
I have removed the Y buffer boards one at a time and no result. Also, when the boards were out, I checked for continuity between the ground connector and all the pins. No continuity showing, so all looks ok there.

    Am I looking...

    Samsung UN65EH6000F power supply IC801
    by bkeith
I picked up a Samsung UN65EH6000F locally because the seller said it "just died" one day.

Power supply board is PSLF131C04E aka BN44-00560A.

On visual inspection, it appears that ICM801 is blown out. Most of the surface is cratered out so I can't even read a part number.

Another post about this same model refers to it as the SMPS driver. That makes sense as there is no power activity.

I'd like to find a schematic or at least identify the part number and order a replacement if possible.

    Thank for any assistanc...
