    Westinghouse TW-62401-U046A No Power

    TV wont power on, if I pull the ribbon on the left out it does. Tried installing a new eeprom same effect. Customer said tv fell or was dropped. screen shows fine when I pull the ribbon so no cracks. Could the ribbon be loose on the led panel where i can't see? let me know if I need more pics. This is the only board in the TV

      There's another post about this. Seems that the led strip on that side is shorted. Or the ribbon cable.

          I am have the same problem with no power my buddy used a 19vdc with 10ahr tv worked for a few hours ...then went out ...bought a new power supply with the correct specs and nothing..the cap and board look good ... help how do i check the voltage on the board (test point etc) help thanks in advance
