Samsung Plasma PN50A550S1FXZA Vertical Line

I have a 5+ year old Samsung 50" Plasma Model # PN50A550S1FXZA. It has a vertical half black and half blue line extending from the top to the bottom of the panel. Please see the attached photo.

I've already replaced the logic board after that was recommended from another source, but the problem has not changed.

Does anyone have a recommended next step?

Is the panel bad or is there something I can try to get this thing going again?

I dont know much about plasmas, maybe try this, beware of HIGH VOLTAGE, it can be deadly, and like he says be careful with the delicate ribbons, good luck. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CpWZTnAXbLg

I'll second a ribbon cable loose on the c board. Unplug tv and reseat the cable
