Philips 37PFL7603 , Ballast capacitor question

    Hey guys ,

Got this tv from a friend. Tv did not work anymore and after opening up the tv i noticed that a blue ballast capacitor was blown ( gone! :o )

I removed the other 1 from the circuit and now the tv is working again but ofcourse this wont work for a long time because its missing those 2 capacitors.

My question is , can i use a higher KV rating? The original is 22pf/6KV , can i use for example 10KV?
Whats the best solution because the capacitor was GONE and i dont want that to happen again.....

Capacitor C330 was gone , other 1 was black. Its now working without those 2 capacitors.
