Issue with color - vizio

I am needing some help on this. It is my parent's tv and it is showing odd colors. I do not have model number because it is too ackward and heavy for them to get to it. I am going down during christmas to take a look.

Is this something that can be fixed or is it a bad panel ? I thought it might be a t con board but never seen where it turns things red and not the whole screen.

I would like some input if worth fixing or it is a bad panel .

I wish i had a better picture but took me 30 minutes to walk parent's through getting this one.

could be tcon, could just be poor connection on lvds cable going to tcon, tcon voltages can be tested, you can probably get a tcon for 15-30 dollars. be careful when working around power supply aka g board, the big things that look like lots of electricity can run thru them do, you can get a major shock.

Would not be my first time getting shocked. Here is the model number SV420XVT1
