Toshiba 40l1333b power on squence any one know ?

Just replaced the main board in the 40l1333b
And for the life of me I cant remember what the correct power on squence should be

the tv on start up goes from red to green a few times then powers on and works as normal.

On power off the red light flashes and it turns off.

Is this normal, I can't rememb what it should be.

That sounds right for a Vestel. The LED colour can vary and sometimes there's only one colour. One Toshiba Vestel junker I had would flash red/green about 5 times when plugged in. It would then go off for 1/2 second and then go red. Once it had done that, you could turn it on by pressing the power button. It would flash red/green about 10 seconds and then turn on.

Vizio e601i-A3 - Has Sound and Display, But No Backlight - Bad Power Supply Board or Bad LED Bulbs ?
      by Tynan Dill
I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

      Assuming...

Microsoft Surface Pro (5th gen) model 1796 - no power
      by PantherDave
      Hi all!

I'm trying to troubleshoot a Microsoft Surface Pro (5th gen) model 1796 that won't power on. Motherboard model is M1007506-015. My priority is retrieving data, but the SSD is integrated so it looks like if I can't repair it it'll need to go to a data recovery company. I've done a little basic board repair before, but nothing this advanced until now. So please forgive my ignorance in advance. 😅

I found the boardview for this laptop in the forums here, and am able to open it on my PC with FlexBV.

      Asus Probook P5440UF-XB74 power issue
      by GLISIT
      Hi all,

TL;DR - this laptop is driving me nuts with the oddball power-related behaviors. Appreciate any insight you can provide!

I'm experiencing a power issue on an Asus Probook P5440UF-XB74. Although I've worked with electronics and computers for decades, this is my first attempt at getting into motherboard-level component troubleshooting. Any help the community can provide is greatly appreciated!

A few weeks ago I was using the laptop (on battery power) for a Zoom meeting. The battery was running very low (long meeting) but I wasn't worried about...

      by slybunda
anyone heard of these caps before? at first glance i mistook them to be Elna caps but closer look and it was elite. not sure if they are known failure prone brand.
also they are 47uf and 450v. why are they so large in height? i can get replacement 450v 47uf caps that are a quarter the height. what am i missing here?

if i were to replace them what should i be looking for?

they are on the power board of a toshiba (vestel) tv power board.

Toshiba 49U7763DB (Mainboard: Vestel 17MB120) firmware issues after sporadic power cu
      by cheeky2
I have this Toshiba 49U7763DB Tv which was suffering issues after various electrical power cuts, which happened in quick succession
Originally the TV was powering on and then very shortly powering off. I managed to get into the menu structure before powering off and carry out a first time installation of the TV. Which didn't make much difference. I have managed to factory reset (that didn't make any difference either).
The firmware inside the 17MB120 is corrupted and is causing some strange issues so my question is does anyone have any suitable firmware for this model?
