    Phillips 52pfl7403d/f7 Picture issue!

Ok i did some searching and just cant seem to pin point this issue. If you look at the pictures you can see that the right sde of the screen is perfect but the left side some times flickers. Do any of you have any experience with this TV or have any ideas for me? Please ask if you want more info.

Here is some more pictures. By the way I noticed on of the 2 caps I have a close up on is barley bulged on top. Could this be my issue?

I'm no expert, and I don't know if it's causing the picture problem, but I think bulging caps are almost always a problem and need to be replaced.

This I know and will do right away was just curious if this may be also causing my issue with the picture. I can not see anything else that sticks out just this cap.

I can't see why the bulging cap would be causing only one side of the screen to distort. Those caps have a plastic disk on top that will give the impression of a bulging cap but often times they really are not bulging. This could be a T-Con board failure. Try reseating the ribbon cables that connect to the tcon board.
