SONY KDL40S4100 won't turn on

Totally new to this. Am trying to repair 1st TV. Sony 40" won't turn on. Need help. i have a volt meter and can follow basic instructions. thank you!

Please upload closed up pictures of the white connector on the power supply board so we can clearly see the labels for each pin of the connector, then take the dc Voltage reading and report the readings of each pin when TV is off and when POWER SWITCH is activated, make sure to put the pin names on each reading.

Thanks, but I was able to fix it by swapping parts from an identical tv that i found. I have other tv's that i will need help in fixing. Thanks again.
