    OK, If I follow it correctly.
    If you look at the regulator with the big tab up.
    The left pin (pin ) is the ADJ pin.
    Middle pin which is also connected to the tab internally (pin 2) is the output pin, the voltage on this pin should be = to 1.25 Vref + the Voltage reading on pin 1.
    Right pin (pin 3) is the Input pin.

        Yes I did get out working,I ordered the voltage regulators from digikey changed out one and had been working like charm! Thanks to budm for the support!
