Samsung UN55C7000WF - vertical lines on screen

I have a working Samsung model UN55C7000WF that has two small vertical black lines down the middle and then a bunch of them on the right side. I've attached pictures of the two locations. I haven't taken it apart yet and thought I'd see if anyone knew what could be the cause of this i.e. capacitors, power supply, buffer boards, etc.

Power down the unit, with the remote hit in sequence MUTE,1,8,2 and power on the TV.

This will put you into service mode. I think for these panels select the SVC menu option and run the test patterns.

If the lines are present on all tests you can run then its going to be the panel. I am pretty sure its the panel anyway as I have had 2 of these fail with lines like that. BUT never hurts to check anyway.

Almost certainly a bad panel. Another Samsung with bad LCD panel.
