    I have found that these power boards have problems with loose solder joints. If your TV is dead or won't stay on check the solder joints on RT802 first and then inspect the entire board. If your TV still has problems staying on then Check the temperature of the RT802 when the TV turns off, if you find it to be hot then add a heat sink to it and place a small fan blowing at it, if your TV stays on after that then replace RT802 and keep the heat sink on it. You might also want to install a cooling fan so it never burns up again.

        This happened last Saturday and today I finally had time this morning before I went to work to replace two non brand capacitors

        I will let you be the judge weather or not these are bad or not according to the blue ESR meter that I am using

        I am comparing them to a brand new one that I installed

        The display came back on and the programming was not lost which I was surprised by I would have thought that when the display went blank that so did the memory as well

        The owner said it showed bad picture once in a while (attached)
        I see that there is back light but no picture.
        I want to ask if it is possible to disable the NVIDIA GPU and use the intel one?

        So this laptop seems to have some kind of failure. I bought it second hand and originally the previous owner said that they went to turn it on and it was presented with a quick flash of the power light the keyboard lit up and then the keyboard shut off and the power light went off as well but the battery indicator was white and after about 5 to 7 Seconds flashes orange really quick then shuts off and goes back to White.         Hi All,

        I need some help with this one please. I am attempting a repair on the backlight. TV turns on and flashes the LG logo so stripped it down and found one faulty LED. Replaced it and tested on an LED tester and the strip was good. Put it back onto the PSU and it lasted about 20 seconds before going out again. Same LED had blown.         tv turn on and show logo(backlight on)than backlight turn off than red led in front blinking 7 time. the tv remote control working fine (sound on no picture).backlight changed same problem
