e601i-a3 line on screen, HELP PLEASE

Thanks for looking - I have a thin vertical line on the screen of this Vizio LED/LCD. I got the new T con board in and replaced it - no change in the line - BUT it does come on now and show a picture - with the vertical line. Ive tried tapping on the screen, pushing the tab bonds down (applying pressure), switching the ribbon cables and changing the main board but nothing gets rid of this vertical line. I don't know if it could be a bad capacitor up on the tab bonding boards or what. Please help! pics below

Could it be tab bond? I tried applying pressure but it just wouldn't go away

If you put pressure on the tab and it makes no difference, then the driver is bad per SONY training manual.

what exactly is the driver

If you look at the PDF, the driver ICs are embedded on the flexible PCB that is attached to the LCD glass panel assembly.
