Another very important that you must do (I will not apply the power to the TV any more at this point) are those brown glues, I can see them turned dark brown an conducting especially on the high voltage blue disc cap:

You must remove them and inspect the leads of the components to make sure they are not eaten away by the glue, if you do not remove the glue this will happen:
