LG 50PT350-UD (No picture) (No sound)

Hello.. I'm currently having problems with my plasma unit LG 50PT350. I plug unit in and get standby and front touch panel works. I turn unit on and get a slight grey glow with no picture or sound. My power supply Vs (55) and Va (205) any advise is GREATLY appreciated.. Thanks

I now have sound on HDMI input3 but no picture still.. And ideas? Thanks

Update: I've read some other forums I've done the part where you take a piece of wire and stick one end into hole says EXT_AUTO_GEN and one next to it on logic board and unplugged the ribbon cable that goes to main board. I power on the unit after and the TV goes thru a color/screen cycle with no problem. Does this mean my main board is bad? Thanks!!

Yes, that confirms the main board to be bad

Hello I am having the same issue if you run that test that means you have to replace that board or the main board with all of the inputs.
