Toshiba 55l7453d screen on but nothing else works

Ok, same thing for the mainboard, match up the numbers on the white stickers of both boards.

To explain further, the silkskreen numbers on the board you pictured are a good start to let you know the board is the same one that both tvs used. THEN they will populate the board with components to suit their needs and this is why they can be different and NOT compatible. This is why they add the white sticker, to let you know exactly what configuration was used for that particular board.

I bought a universal remote & I got the tv working but when putting it back together I’ve managed to undo my good work, I think I’ve burned out a coff , is there anything I can do to fix this? I’ve marked the tcon board in yellow, when I touch the tcon in the yellow part I get a picture

What are those dark spots on the cable? Carefully inspect the contact pads on the cables with a magnifying glass to make sure they're not damaged.

Yeah they are burnt, is there anything that I can do to get around this?

It's strange, how could this happen? Something short-circuited. If it's a burnout, then it can't be repaired, only replaced with a new COF (Chip on Film), but this can't be done at home; you need specialized equipment.

No way, I think it was either the remote receiver board or the standby light board, I was putting it back together & I think one of those might have circuited it as they were lose when I was moving the tv , well it looks like I’ve repaired & broken another tv whilst putting it back together, usually it’s the screen that gets broken 🤬🤬
