Is there 13v on PSB cable to tcon? Or if it carries only vdrv, from main board to tcon..

Having the same problem right now with the exact same board. One of the GP47S60YERD (EYA36 marking on the PCB) is shorted on all three pins. Fuse was blown too. I can't find for the life of me a datasheet for GP47S60YERD on the internet, can you confirm IKW50N60DTPXKSA1 was a correct replacement? Some sources says the GP47S60 is a MOSFET , but if you replaced it with an IGBT I'll take your word for it.Comment

Replaced the mostfet, psu is now fine. However, the tv is flashing red twice. Tried buying another identical tv, tried tcon/mb/psu, same issue. Panel seems shot. Anyone knows a trick to bypass the panel error triggered on these on the lvds similar to the method on the lg oleds ?Comment

Sorry, i was confusing, this is an oled panel, so you where saying you bought a working tv set with same codes cards and the set is blinking as before? I think you can try searching the service manual, but at this state i guess it won't help you, and also masking the error line is not the way for working set. I suspect also two tcon can be not so identical, need to check sticker codes.. more, if Samsung does the oled screen as she does lcd ones, maybe needs masking tape on clocks to panel.. who knows?Comment

Hello, sorry my bad i know it's confusing. The PSU issue is fixed, however, the panel doesn't start, blinks 5 times. I tried another complet board set from the same tv, no dice. Also tested all boards on the other tv, they are all fine. So panel is shot. However, looking for a way to bypass the SOS signal like pins on the lg. Maybe i can try the tape method until i get a result.Comment

You previoisly said 2 blinks, now blinks are 5, it's ok? If are still 2 then you can attach. the tcon and test in ohm between Avdd point and GND, a possible short on micro cap on screen strip board there can be.. then uncovering those boards is a pain but i can't help you how

Vizio e601i-A3 - Has Sound and Display, But No Backlight - Bad Power Supply Board or Bad LED Bulbs ?by Tynan DillI was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.
Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.
I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.
The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.
With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

by cheeky2This Samsung combined power supply and inverter was replaced a while ago from a Samsung 37inch LE37B530P7W TV. However I would like to repair this one.
I have replaced the Mosfets Q1820 and Q1821 ( FDPF7N50U) which were both blown and the fuse FM802S. The schematic for this power supply that is attached doesn't relate to this power supply as the driving transistors and diodes are D1830, D1831, D1832, D1833, Q1811 & Q1810 are nowhere on the schematic!
Does anyone know what the components for D1830, D1831, D1832, D1833, Q1811 & Q1810 should be? I ask as I did change the Mosfets... -
by sam_sam_samI have wanting to do this project for quite sometime now and I finally found a switching power supply that will work on this desoldering gun station ZD-915 that the original switching power supply took a shit and just was not worth trying to fix it because this switching power is not quite big enough to handle the heater element and the vacuum pump
One note when I tested the switching power supply and the voltage control board I noticed that this desoldering gun heat up much faster than the original switching power supply which I was really surprised by to the point that I might buy... -
by alltvrepairsHi,
I have this almost brand new Plasma was well stored. I would like to repair it for a friend of mine.
I have noticed that it works for few seconds then switches Off the Power_ On signal. Have disconnected boards and left maion board and power supply and still the same. The power supply with PS_ON and VA signals On stays on so it is not a problem in the power supply.
Any one met this problem in the past?...10-08-2025, 07:34 AM - Loading...
