    21SF8XEL 21" CRT TV Turns off by itself

    Hello
    The chassis number is kd -331 (v1.0) sh12144
    Tv once plugged in it shows the red led normally, once clicked on ch+ or ch- it does show the normal blue screen with no issues, but that is when it was left for few hours Off, then shortly it goes back to sleep by itself, tries by itself to go back on but it does not and then to sleep and sometimes if i try so many times it does not even show the red led anymore unless i unplug and plug again, after the first try if i try again to turn it on it never show anything on the screen anymore, just goes to sleep
    what could be it?

      This laptop refuses to sleep unless specifically commanded to sleep through Windows. If I close the lid, the screen does go dark just before the lid is closed, so it appears the hall sensor works. However, it will sit there, drawing 1.xx amps until the battery dies. If I command it to sleep, it drops down to normal sleeping current. If I have it sleeping with lid closed and I disconnect the power adapter, it will wake from sleep, even with the lid closed.       I am testing an old LG L192WS-BN monitor I have that gives an image, but has a backlight issue. When you turn it on the backlight turns on 1 second and it turns off, turns on again, 1 second and it turns off and stays off. Using a flashlight I can see there's still an image.

      I replaced a bulged cap on the main board, but made no difference. I also got another exact same model monitor that has a broken ccfl (the connector got ripped from the panel and the main screen connector is also broken so I can't use this panel to test), tried using the main board from this one, same issue....

      Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me fix my Lenovo Legion 5 (15ITH6H) laptop. Basically, after a windows update the computer would not boot anymore. When powering on the laptop the screen has no backlight and nothing would show up, using an external monitor did not help. However, the laptop would still spin up the fans and turn on the keyboard backlight. The keyboard backlight intensity function key would work and the power button led and the charging led are also working.
