Element ELDFT551 not turning on

I picked up a 55" Element dead after a lightning strike. Strike also took out Cable Box. Basic troubleshooting shows that it has the 5vds and when I hit the power button (blue light blinks) I have all correct power on the power supply including the 24vdc feeding the 1 master and 3 slv inverter boards. The backlights will not come on though. I have looked at it with a flashlight and do not see an image on the panel. Ihave checked all the fuses on the Main, TCON and inverters all test 0.2 ohms

Follow-up... I was able to force the backlight but no video or menu. The attached picture is how I forced the backlights on. I'm thinking Mainboard is done.

That means we know at least that the main board is not sending the BL_ON to the inverter board, so yeah, sounds like the main board is not working.

Thanks Budm, I ordered a main I will follow up once installed.
