              1. Format the stick with FAT 32
              2. Unzip and put the files on the stick.
              3. PRESS AND HOLD the OK button on the remote control
              4. Plug the TV into 220v.
              5. The stby LED on the TV flashes slowly and then quickly. When it flashes quickly RELEASE the OK button.
              6. Wait for it to finish. It may take up to 5 minutes.

I did everything as you said, released the OK when it started flashing quickly and It's been blinking slowly for 10 minutes since then. Should I unplug it and restart?

Theoretically the TV should start by itself with the first installation. If it doesn't, the software on the stick cannot be installed. The SPI memory must be rewritten with the programmer or the NAND memory. I don't have any other software.
Try another stick with a smaller capacity (max. 16Gb).

                    I used a 8GB USB drive.

I have a CH341 programmer and I found this dump on telegram.
It's for the same board and almost the same Display.

I try to flash this to the ISP chip. I will report back, wish me luck.

Yeah I flashed the bin on the SPI and no luck, still blinking.
                      Anything else I could try?

Rewritten NAND memory or another motherboard. It could also be a hardware problem.
Nand memory cannot be rewritten with CH341A.

I don't have programmer for NAND memory sadly only ch341.
I started diagnosing the TV PSU.
What is weird that I have 30V on the backlight, but the backlight itself does not turn on.

Save the profile from the TV.
                                1. Format a stick with FAT32
                                2. Create a folder called downloadprofile.mb97 on the stick
                                3. Turn on the TV and type MENU 4725
                                4. Go to USB Options and type OK on the remote control
                                5. After 10 seconds you can remove the USB stick and you will have some files on the stick.
                                6. You post them here.

There are 17MB97 motherboards that DO NOT HAVE WIFI.

Is it possible to extract the SPI's content from this? To directly flash it to the 25L1606E?

                                        Damn.

I bought an another main which was advertised for 39 inch displays. However the 8 character on the sticker is different. Mine is 23340018, the new is 23312214. The new board doesn't even blink, no stand by led at all.
Can I do anything with this board? Or should I try to send it back to the seller?
