Samsung ue55tu7170u not turn on and no standby led main bn9650990e

Hi guys, I'm back here my friend give me her tv, that doesn't turn on and no standby red led. When u plug in the cord the red led of one two second is on, then turn off. If you push the power button or the remote the red led blinks but nothing happen. I give u some photo with voltage, don't look the fuse….because I blow it for mistake nd I dint have the right replace so I just put it for test the tv. The standby voltage should be 11,88 volt on the diode, but I have 13 volts. I put in the photo the different volts I test and there are someone negative…I don't know if it s normal. On the led the voltage is not stable start around 240 and drops, this happen if the led are plug in in the main board or also if plug off…someone can help me? Thanks for all

With the PSU disconnected from the Main Bd., Plug in the TV and see if the Backlights turn ON and stay ON.
If the backlights turn ON and stay ON then the Main Bd if the fault.
If not then the Backlights or the PSU is defective.

Test the Backlights with a Backlight Tester.

The eprom should be ic502 and code 24512f that should be a m24512 eprom.

It contains all the settings of your TV, regions, serial numbers, MAC address....

hi iotas thanks for your answer, if i read the eprom and sent it here, can you give a look at it?. i have the ch134 programmer, actually i never used but i should read the eprom. is it better desolder it from the main board or i can read it directly with the clamp tool, what is the best way? and if i post it here u can give a look on it?

It is better to unsolder this chip (eeprom) and save its data (dump), so that later you can experiment and if anything return everything back, it is useless to look at this dump, since it is individual in each TV, you just need to throw in the firmware from the same working TV for diagnostics...

Try connecting via terminal via UART and see what the log outputs.

How does the TV behave with the FB_TRDY_1 and FB_TRDY_3 jumpers installed and the LVDS cables disconnected?

                            thanks, for help me.
i tried to turn on the tv with the ldvs cable off, but nothing changed. So I tried with Ldvs plug in, but with the buffer board disconnected first the right side but nothing changed, then the left side I could not disconnected because there arrive the ldvs, so I try to cover the pins with the tape but nothing changed. The tv when you plug the cord for a second the standby led turn on, then disappear. So the tv look like all death no back light no sound nothing, but if u press the button on the tv or the remote control u see the led flashing until u press it and then stop. Honestly I didn't jump the the fb.

but I desolder the eprom and red with neopragrammer and ch341. I went to search ic, and select i2c and then st. Here I have two option m24m01 and m24m02 honestly I tried with both the types, and I have all blank chip. So or I'm wrong something or the ic is empty. But maybe I wrong, I read your posts here and u talk about a modification on the ch314 black.
i try to make the jump and I say u what happen. Thanks for your support

This is how it should be, the data is here and is in the middle of the dump.
