If you have a completely clean dump, then most likely there is poor contact in the socket with the chip, dirty pins on the chip from flux, the power supply on the programmer is set to 3.3v, using a jumper, the chip is inserted correctly, not turned 180 degrees?

For your question I checked the board and I find two ic memory, ic501_ut that is q80c-104gip that should be a en25q80c-104gip but i didn't find a lot on internet. And in position ic503 that is a 25qb-104 gip that I find easy on internet. Are they what are you looking for? I give you the photo

The correct one is the Q40B (not 25q as you said, but is 25Q40 entirely) most probably, if you can enlarge the view on photo (please cellular in landcape not portrait), i can see testpoints definition, or better, if you can confirm the TP that belongs to that chip is named "MPU_debug_TX" you're 100% sure it is the standby mem. and you can flash it, you can use even from different size of screen but same series..

I tried to extract it from official Samsung site update file, it's very difficult, i tried this site: specifying the following params (using my imagination) and giving the "..\T-KTSU2DEUC\image\upgrade.msd" file to it , my OLD computer runs out of memory and started to give numbers.. if you want you can try yourself..
