If you have a completely clean dump, then most likely there is poor contact in the socket with the chip, dirty pins on the chip from flux, the power supply on the programmer is set to 3.3v, using a jumper, the chip is inserted correctly, not turned 180 degrees?

Hi, thanks for your help you don't need to be sorry, i thanks all you help me and I ll be happy if we fix this tv, the question is why Samsung make 1 board for everything, psu+main+tcon all in one….and I like to fix because I didn't find a main board with this model .
For your question I checked the board and I find two ic memory, ic501_ut that is q80c-104gip that should be a en25q80c-104gip but i didn't find a lot on internet. And in position ic503 that is a 25qb-104 gip that I find easy on internet. Are they what are you looking for? I give you the photo

The correct one is the Q40B (not 25q as you said, but is 25Q40 entirely) most probably, if you can enlarge the view on photo (please cellular in landcape not portrait), i can see testpoints definition, or better, if you can confirm the TP that belongs to that chip is named "MPU_debug_TX" you're 100% sure it is the standby mem. and you can flash it, you can use even from different size of screen but same series..

I take a better photo of the chip, and a landscape, there are a lot of point of control, and I have main cpu debug tx. There are a lot of this point control and description, so I don't know if I'm doing good. But the point near the name main cpu debug tx go to the first pin of the q40b I don't know if it s correct or I'm checking wrongs point. Do you have the dump of it because I really don't have haha

I tried to extract it from official Samsung site update file, it's very difficult, i tried this site: specifying the following params (using my imagination) and giving the "..\T-KTSU2DEUC\image\upgrade.msd" file to it , my OLD computer runs out of memory and started to give numbers.. if you want you can try yourself..

are you saying that the web page i gave you made a file for you of 1Gb? That file can contain or not the mini flash data, but i cannot receive the file, it's too big, i wonder why my pc can't handle it, maybe limited virtual ram file.. i'll check

very good idea, the best thing is to try to find a typical or particular ASCII string, now i'm at work, if you want i say you the trick, it cannot be opened a giant file on a text editor, you need HxD, the best hex editor, even on very very old PC no problem, UPDATE: i watched the bin on the mini flash, there are non ASCII strings except "SAMSUNG".. so not the best!! (it would be everywhere)
