Model # PDP60R30110
My 2 year old LG plasma has been showing sign of issues for the past month.
There were "splotches" of shadow or color change, especially in uniform, bright areas.
Now, the set will power up, click and play sound, but no picture, no On Screen menu etc.
This is similar to another post on this forum:

I have followed some of the diagnostics suggested by tom66.
Here are my preliminary findings:
Green LED on Logic board flashes on power up, then quick flash, pause, quick flash etc.
Checking voltage at P811 VS (right hand side) on the main Power Supply board (XP5 60R3), the voltage spiked quickly, then dropped to zero.
With the connector P811 to the Z-SUS board unplugged, then Voltage on VS is +203.6 VDC
VS on left hand connector P812 is +203.6 VDC
Fuse on Z-SUS board board is blown.
No obvious evidence of blown caps on any board.
Before I start looking into replacing the Z-SUS board (suggestions for sourcing appreciated), are there any suggestions on checking the rest of the boards?
**EDIT**
Delved a little deeper and checked for cold solder joints on the coils of the Z-SUB board (As suggested in another post).
All coils had cold solder cracked joints.
Re-soldered coils and replaced fuse on board.
Same problem.
Power supply relay clicks, Z-SUS board whines loudly, relay clicks off and back into power save mode.
Thanks
