I have a Samsung UN55B6000VFXZA BN02 that tries to power on but the relays just click with no video or backlight. When I disconnect the power board from the main board, the backlight comes on. I have checked the power board (BN44-00271A) fuses and they seem fine. I also checked the 30 output pins for the voltages and grounds printed on the board all seems acceptable. I don't have a repair manual for it yet, so I don't know the procedure to check the H-sync, Inv err or BL On/off properly. Any help or suggestions to identify the failure and how to fix would be greatly appreciated. The main board is BN94-02657X. I'm having trouble finding a P/N on the T-con board, but there is a pink dot in a box by a V546H1 marking.

I had one of these sets. It had two cracked solder joints on the backside. I don't remember what the
Q# was. It was next to a heat sink. I resoldered it and set worked fine. -

Thanks for the help Ltank. I have a UN40B6000VFXZA that uses the same main board with an M final digit rather than the X on the 55's board. I swapped the main board and the 55" set started up fine. I have ordered a main board and should be able to get the 55" set going as soon as the board arrives.Comment
