Connectors can expand with heat, but it is unusual.
You can redo the solder joints without removing it. I don't advise removing it, because you will have to find a new one to replace it with.
Don't hard wire it, you'll make it a pain in the arse for the next guy who has to fix it. Seriously.

Tom the connection are on the side that large heatsink blocks all acess would it be wise to cut the heatsink right near connection. And trthe just remove that piece that way I could get to the coonections properly to resolder or could I just remove the the screws to all mosfets peal back remove heatsink then do the job then just rescrew the mosfets back to the heatsink withoutt heat paste as have none lol

It's going to be a massive pain to remove that heatsink, given it's a multilayer board. I wouldn't advise it unless you have no other options.

Personally, I think it is more likely to be around the components near that connector, not the connector itself. You could also try freeze-spray which can be purchased from Poundland in 250ml canisters (£1 each, marked as Lazer Air Duster.) That is a lot more directional than hot air. Be careful not to short anything with the freeze spray liquid.

Tom I redone to the connector and tv still same heat up where all the connections are and tv shoots to full screen what component would you say it could be help please

Still no pictures of the chassis, so not sure if single or dual address design.
Don't have any other ideas right now. Would be a good idea to start scoping things if you have a scope.

Hi tom last bit help needed I have tried 2x upper buffers both have been the same need to heat an area near the connections for tv to show full screen instaead of half I've bit the bullet and ordered a known working ysus board in your expert opinion do you think that will fix it please mate

I have asked for detailed and clear pictures of the chassis and you haven't supplied them. What is so hard about that? Sorry, no more suggestions until I see the layout and design.
