    UE65ES8000U SAMSUNG REBOOTING

    Hi

    TV stuck in reboot
If I disconnect the cable which I think is the WiFi the TV stays on
Removing cable from main to PSU backlights stay on
Also upon further inspection CNM801 cable 20 pin is burnt
Does anyone know what would cause this issue
    thanks

Sorry my bad the sensor is connected at the top with the camera I thought the Samsung blue light at the bottom was the sensor
Remote now working once I replaced the camera attachment with sensor
So it seems there was two faults
    WiFi module
    Led sensor

    Thanks

      Shorted out WiFi board?
Does the TV turn on and function properly without the board connected?

If I remove the WiFi card the TV is fine and I can use the TV using the button on the back of the TV but the remote doesn't seem to work

ok now i don't know if a replacement part is available, this is a 2012 set i think, plus maybe the burnt wire near the connector need attention

What's the part number on the combo module (wifi, ir, bt)?

You can further inspect the thing.. if the wifi module has no burn signs, you can wire it flying mode to a male usb A connector and put it in a PC, if the module is recognized then the possible fault is not the module but the burnt wire only.. that burnt contact is a very very common issue in the es7/8000 ..

Adding that maybe Samsung did a wrong calculation of the B5V line wire section and it must be reinforced with another wire..

I've replaced the WiFi module and it's stopped rebooting but I still can't get the Samsung remote to work with the TV the back button is fine
I have even replaced the Samsung sensor

Samsung TV model UE50TU: rebooting, backlight, sound, but no picture
                              by TR103
                              Hi, I have a Samsung UE50TU with:
                              - sound and backlight, but no picture
                              - when it arrived, it had a picture for a few seconds
                              - it keeps rebooting
                              - without ribbon cable between the two panel boards, it does not reboot but I have no picture
                              - without cable between mainboard and lcd panel, it does not reboot (but obviously i have no picture)
                              - when i try a tape fix, its keeps rebooting, unless I tape off pin 1 (the innermost pin). In that case it does not reboot but I have no picture.

                              - without cable between mainboard and lcd panel and with a jumpered...

                              Samsung QE50Q60TA rebooting
                              by plytek
                              Hi all.

I'm trying to fix my Samsung QE50Q60TA TV.
                              IT's rebooting every few seconds.
I have done some tests and it looks like it stops rebooting when I tape pin 46 (I thinks it's FB_1) on the ribbon tape that connects two boards atteched to screen, but nothing is visible, just backlight is solid and I can hear sound. Taping over other pins doesn't work.
Have also soldered two pins on the motherboard to check if I can get an image on the rights side of the tv, but it keeps rebooting.
Can anyone suggest what I can test and do to get it working again please?...

Hello everyone, I'm working on a Samsung TV that constantly rebooting.

                              MB/PSU unit: BN9654185QE

It loads up to the main menu then as soon as the backlight goes brighter it reboots.

First I suspected the LCD panel, so a disconnected the LCD display from the mainboard but did the same thing.

Then I removed the backlight connector which only delayed the bootloop by a minute maybe, I know it because I test it with the remote, it does gives the menu sounds a bit longer.

Also I have to note, that the MB/PSU combo gives out a very noticible...
