teac lcd red flashes on shutdown

teac lcd3255hd stopped working after a pop was heard dont know if it was from the speakers of set ,,just a update ,,
i warmed up the psu with a heatgun and the menu display came up for a short time,when i press the power off button i get10 or 12 red flashes i have no idea what thi code can signify can anyone please help cheers himinshed
