    Samsung (version NY02)

    I am having an issue with my Samsung that shows a white vertical line on the right and a black horizontal line on the top (see attached picture). The model is: PN50C450B1DXZA and the version is: NY02. Can someone direct me in the right direction to fix it?

    Check the panel VERY carefully with a torch (flashlight), any cracks or damage in the area where the lines intersect? Did the faults occur at the same time?

      There are no cracks and they occurred at separate times.

        Can we have some pictures from inside the set? I think the horizontal bar can probably be fixed, but I'm not so sure about the vertical one.
