I currently (out of necessity) have found myself troubleshooting a Samsung TV: Model UN65JU670DFXZA Version T01. My past has been in repairing antique radios...not new circuits. Here I am very new. The TV would not turn on and did not have a standby light. When I opened the back, I noticed that the power supply board had a blown fuse. While I attempted to search for a short, I found two. Now comes my ignorance...The transistors that I found to be shorted are labeled as: 1E52AH FDPF12N50NZ. The only ones I can find are on Ebay but the top numbers are either 1E16AJ or 1B23BB. Ive never ordered transistors before and am not sure if these are part numbers and not critical or not. Can anyone give me transistors 101 and explain the difference. The blown fuse appears to be fairly simple (its a T6.3AH 250V). I can find those. If I can I will attempt to replace these components and see if that solves my issues. Thanks for any help!!

The upper numbers do not mean anything, this is the date of manufacture, batch, ... If the mosfets are burned out, then you need to carefully check their wiring on the other side of the board (smd resistors, diodes, zener diodes, driver chip that controls these mosfets and check the blue, high-voltage ceramic capacitors and stand in parallel with these mosfets, if you don’t check and replace what else is burned out, then when you install new transistors and turn it on, they will burn out again.

by Kel65Hi everyone. Yes, another Samsung question. Sorry for those of you that have seen your fair share.
Background: I wanted another project to take some free time up and was looking in the free section of the local internet and saw a posting that said “free tv. Won't turn on.” I went to pick it up and at that point is when I got the word that there was a lightning strike close to the house and it hasn't worked since. At that point I really didn't want the tv but after making the trip and having the guy help me load it in the back of the truck I felt I should just drag it home.... -
by Mark DThe TV is a Samsung UN65JU67ODFXZA Version TD01. I replaced the power source board and the TV is now working, but I decided to try and troubleshoot the old board to fix at the component level. Trying to get a schematic and a parts list has proven to be an issue. Trying on my own, I can't tell you how many times my Norton security has flagged sites as "malicious". I ordered a service manual from ServiceManuals.net, paid $16.99 and got 66 pages of everything BUT schematics and component parts list! Can anyone steer me in the right direction? Some of the surface mounted component parts...

by CrazyCristalHi Hi everyone,
First of all. I am very new to this stuff and this forum!
I gave myself a fun project by fixing a 'broken' Samsung TV. Only I'm running into a dilemma. I removed the back cover of my Samsung TV and immediately looked up the first YouTube video that could possibly help me.
The video explained how to check if the backlight was broken or other things. Now I followed these steps exactly as in the video but I don't get much wiser from it. (I think because of my little experience with these kinds of projects).

by RGSoundGood morning I have a problem with my Samsung UE49MU6120KXZT (Version 01) TV with Motherboard BN94-12644A.
After disconnection from 220V the TV remains switched off with status led off. I need information on how to proceed with reprogramming the flash memory and the BIN file to reprogram it.
I have purchased this programmer on Ebay: CH341A EEPROM PROGRAMMER FLASH BIOS 24 25 SERIES + CLIP TEST. I include photos of the motherboard. I am not very experienced but I would like to learn so the more detailed the information, the better it will be for me to proceed with this... - Loading...
