LG 22LG30DC-UA Replaced Caps, Now I Get Power, but White Screen

    Hello
any help will do or any advice will be greatly appreciated. I am new to soldering and repairing electronics, but ive been doing pretty good with the projects i do come along.

I found a LG 22LG30DC-UA that was in visual good condition, but had no power when I plugged it up. Took it home and opened up back and saw the caps where Bulging (2x 1000uf 16v and 3x 1000uf 25v).. There was a strong brunt smell and discoloration on the board in the areas of all the 5 caps.
I will start ordering the correcting matching caps from now on, but i read online that it was ok to replace caps with a little higher voltage. So i went to Radioshack(the only close place i know around that sells new caps) and got the best matches i could find.. i found 4x 1000uf 35v(all they had)... I had 1x 1000uf 16v(i pulled from another board)..

I took out the 5 bulging caps and installed the new ones.. and plugged the TV up and standby power light was Red(was like woohooo), Hit the Power button and the screen lite up White. So then i tried to connect the AV (vga, hdmi, coax) and couldnt get any respond from the Buttons, just Blank White Screen. I also notice the White Screen dimmed down for about 2secs then brighten back up(keep doing it frequently).

So then I took a look at the polarity of the caps i installed, and they are all correct.. I dont know what to do next i was thinking it might be to much power with me adding 4x 35v.. Im not sure, any help will do

PS: im just learning how to solder, it could be my solder points.. i took best pictures i could

Radio Shack caps are not low ESR type which are required for switching power supply. Right now did you check to see if the cable between the LCD panel and the main/scaler/logic board is seated properly in to the sockets at the LCD panel and at the board?

Luckily you did not damage anything. That is what you see on the screen when T-CON is not getting power.
