so I received this rca tv with a few bad caps on power supply so I replaced them thinking it would fix it, prior to me replacing it the owner had already replaced some caps a few years back, different caps then what I changed so I goto fire it up and when I press the power button the led power light switches from red to green but no screen, and the led light constantly flashes green like real fast blinks until I turn it off, here is a pic of both sides of power supply, on the bottom I do see some surface mount resisters that are by where it says HOT, there is a burnt up area where its a row of resisitors and one cap, but I don't know how to check them to see if there bad? any help where to start?

Re: rca l37wd12 lcd help, led light flashes green
Have you checked if the PSU voltages are OK? No point checking PSU for faults if the PSU is working...
(Check the connector leading to the main board and inverter/s for appropriate voltages - if not sure what they should be post them anyway.)Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. Post on the forums instead!
