So right now when you have this power supply hooked back up with everything connected, you should see the voltage on that big cap jump when power switch is activated, so you will know that the main board is at least turning on the PFC circuit.

yes bud it does jump to 383 when the button is pressed so looks like main board is good

it was a used board I got in yesterday that I bought on eBay for 28.00
