I also have an 32LD490 which has recently failed, but in a different manner.
I get no response from it at all; the red light just flashes really slowly. Freaky thing is this continues for a good few minutes after disconnecting the power cable! Very Maximum Overdrive.
Had the back off and checked the PSU board. All the converter outputs (24V, 12V & 3.5V) are present. The 3.5V line is maintaining its voltage for a long time after power off so I'm guessing the fault lies somewhere down stream of that; possibly with the switching regulators on the main board?
I don't suppose you might know where I might be able to get a replacement main board from? I tried Googling EAX61531909(2) but all the links I followed showed "no-stock".
Failing that, I don't suppose anyone has a copy of the schematics for this board so I can really get stuck in? Again I tried Googling, but mostly came across sites with .tk domains requesting credit card details!
