anybody know common problems of these? I got two of them and once I opened them obviously somebody recapped them, but I got them both from same person and im trying to fix to sell, once I plug in the light just constantly blinks blue but nothing?? and I check 5volt and it jumps from 2.25 to 1.85 both do the same, I don't know if this is due to trying to power on? b ut im trying to fix these power supplys. anyhelp?
