    Sansui HDLCD4212B Won't turn on

    Does anyone have any ideas on a Sansui HDLCD4212B that won't turn on? I get the red standby light on the front of the tv when plugged in but it doesn't do anything else. I opened it up and did not see anything obvious like bad caps or burn marks. Are there any common failures with these? I am not real familiar with Sansui.

    Any ideas what i should be looking for? Its hard to get readings because the boards are mounted to the back panel.

      Does anyone know where i could find a service manual for this unit. I looked around and don't see it anywhere.

          Hello, i have some issues with my laptop Lenovo Y700-17ISK (motherboard BY511 NM-A541), it started when i turn on the laptop, but the lcd wont turn on, i then connected it via hdmi to tv and screen was ok. So i thought maybe lcd stripe is faulty, i removed the bottom cover, disconnected main battery, reset the cmos by disconnecting battery for 1 min, then slighty move the lcd stripe. Conncted power supply and tuned on my laptop, the lcd turn on, it started to load os, then it turn off, after a second it turn on, then after like 3 seconds turn off again, and so on.           Yes it's a 17 year old Panasonic plasma!

          I was watching TV when there was a huge lighting strike nearby my house that shook the house. When that happened, the picture on the TV froze and the TV wouldn't turn off except by pulling the power cable. Now if you plug in the TV, it seems to turn on (it makes the turn on "clikcs" it always does, the red power light comes on but there is no picture, although I can see the back light around the edges. And the TV doesn't respond to the power button on the remote to turn off, and doesn't respond to the manual power button on the front...

          Hi everyone,

          I am dealing with the problem of turning on and off my Dell e7470 notebook.

          The battery charge light is solid white, I press the button, the power indicator and the light on the button are solid for 1-2 seconds and immediately turn off.

          The system does not turn on, there is no post.

          I removed the RAMs and changed them, changed the battery, RTC battery, AC adapter, removed them and waited, tried again, it does not turn on.
          The problem continues in the same way.
          I tried to turn on the Fn key, nothing came to the screen....

          hello! hope you are all well. i have a macbook pro a1425 and it won't turn on. i took it to the service center and they said it's fine, it turned on 2 times and then it wouldn't turn on. on the power supply there is a yellow dot that is charging and turns green when charging but when i turn it on it doesn't turn on. i opened it and saw on the motherboard that 2 elements are missing, i am attaching the photos for you to understand better.
