I have no picture but everything else is working. Totally responsive remote to change channels and inputs. sound is fine. led light on the outside is fine. one click when turned on like always has. read a bunch of threads and am thinking of swapping x and y boards. I do not have the electric reader tools to check for blown anything. took the back off and everything visually looks good, nothing melted or swollen capacitors . I would appreciate some advice though,thanks.

I have a 60 inch Samsung UN60EH6000F flatscreen TV. The screen went black a few months ago Sound is good, backlight is good, no menu. I replaced the TCon board with a used board purchased from Ebay. It worked fine for a 3-4 months, then the screen started βfading' back. Once again, sound is good, backlight is good, no menu. However, this time the picture looks fine for about 10-15 minutes, then fades back. If I power cycle the TV, the display reappears, for another 10-15 minutes, then fades black again. Repeatable ever time.

Hi guys! I realized you have a lot of knowledge here so i am hoping you could point me in right direction with my odd issue.
The Tv is a Philips 58PUS8545/12, it had no picture but working backlights.
Original T-con:
Opened the Tv and tested to unplug one ribbon cable at a time. With this test i could see that i got fine picture on both halves as long as there was only one ribbon cable connected, with two connected picture were gone.
First replacement T-con:
I thought it might be t-con and ordered new t-con from china(supposedly tested)... -
Hi, I have a Samsung UE50TU with:
- sound and backlight, but no picture
- when it arrived, it had a picture for a few seconds
- it keeps rebooting
- without ribbon cable between the two panel boards, it does not reboot but I have no picture
- without cable between mainboard and lcd panel, it does not reboot (but obviously i have no picture)
- when i try a tape fix, its keeps rebooting, unless I tape off pin 1 (the innermost pin). In that case it does not reboot but I have no picture.

I'm working on a Toshiba 37AV500A Regza TV.
The issue:
TV was working picture and sound went out. Green stand by light stayed on, It will respond to the power button being pressed (goes in and out of standby)
The TV will very intermittently work for around 40 mins then stop. This doesn't seem to matter if its hot/cold unplugged for a while etc.
I checked the PSU voltages and everything looked good.
No bulging caps or signs of heat.
24v aud = 24.41v
12v = 11.98v
5v = 5.062
p_o/f = Goes high... -
Anyone have any experience with these tvs I just got this tv off marketplace and the screen will flicker/ shake for a couple seconds than stop then repeat.
I tried fact reset but it can't get past searching for remote even though I have 2 remotes that work for it. Now initially the screen wasn't shaking at all after factory reset intill it got to searching for remote and it was taking for ever so I turned it off and back on and it started to do it again.
Is this a hardware issue or a board?...
