Sanyo DP46840 Audio Power Fail

Hi I've been reading another thread :https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=20199
about a very similar problem with this model except my unit will power fail down only when the volume is up past half. When it power fails the voltage out IC1670 to test point 13v drops to 2.8v then 2 seconds later it shuts off. Do you guys think it could be that the same LV5806MX V5806 ic regulator failed?

The regulator could be bad, and it just isn't capable of handling the power anymore...

Note the post #94 (on page 5), that person has the same 13v drops to 2.8v issue.

Post #90 (on page 5), that person says there is a service bulletin to replace the regulator and add a zener diode, however he doesn't share any link. That post is from 2012, I doubt he will respond now. (plus that user has only 2 posts... lol)
Maybe we could find this bulletin online (hopefully!)

Thanks for the references Ben7. I cant find the service bulletin anywhere but I ordered two new surface mount regulators. Also I found this: http://youtu.be/KSYCn93pz6k
