Samsung power board bn44-00427A
I have a problem with Samsung power supply board bn44-00427A.(I am testing with main board disconnected so the all voltage shall be generated)
The standby voltage is ok 5.3 vdc
The problem with resonance circuit feeding 13v DC and led driver ic 25600 has vcc 15.5 vdc and no gate output I replaced it with no change. So I think it is a protection feature.
But when I remove the transformer (PD46B2-PM) the ic work and gate out give 6.2 vdc and MOSFETs supply 200 v to transformer terminal . Just put transformer back the same thing happened.
I measured the transformer coils primary and secondary not shorted
I connect only the primary side the same thing happened no output.
I know the failure of transformer is rare.
Also I can't find replacement one.
I searched for schematic diagram but I can't find matched one so I download most similar.
