Please check those ceramic caps along the buffer boards for shorts. See if any are open. All the caps along them where the u ribbon cables are.

Hi yes has 12v

then you need first test the t-con and panel as stand alone
show me the PSU and the print chart of the socket of PSU which it goes to MB

to avoid any mistake or misunderstanding... as you have many fault at writing.... title say NO sound but you have BL.... and first post say you have sound and BL but no picture..
so the sockets with red color marked are ribbon cable
the blue one LVDS

if you disconnect one ribbon at time... and the screen didn't show you solid white color on the disconnected half... we do next same to the other half... no white color we check the 12V on T-CON if exist on both side of the fuse... yes there 12V and no white displaying by disconnect ribbon... we go head to replace T-CON from good trust source...

I checked all the caps as Eazybone suggested and they are fine.
