Got this into my shop today. Set has power and comes on but the right half of the screen has a shadow or showing a little darker than the left side. Audio is good and all other functions seem to be working. I am thinking inverter board problem. Please help.

Check all the cables on the TCON are firmly in place - perhaps remove clean and refit?

Thanks. will try that. I checked caps. etc and all seem to be within a reasonable range.
Doyou know whwer I could locate a Service manual. I tried the internet and read that the manufacturers are no longer in business....This set has some really wonderful features

OK. So I cleaned all connector cables and refitted them....AHH YES!! That solved the problem...Thasnks SELLDOOR for helping me out here.
