Toshiba 42HL196 No HDMI?

Hello,
I have replaced the psu on this Toshiba 42HL196 twice. I have no HDMI or tuner. The component and composite inputs work though. I had a spare seine but it just gives me 3 red blinks so it's either a faulty seine or needs programming. It would seem it's the seine board. Ideas?

Replacing the main board is the easiest way to deal with it. No tuner and no HDMI sounds like it got some lightning tickle.
